Dr. Matt Gillett is an internal medicine physician who currently serves as medical director for several local post-acute rehabilitation facilities. Dr. Matt Gillett provides internal medicine care at El Camino Medical Group in Cupertino, CA.
Previously Dr. Gillett served as the Medical Director for the community hospitalist program at El Camino Hospital, as well as Chief of the ECH Hospitalist Division. He is focused on building programs to provide exceptional patient care.
Dr. Gillett graduated cum laude from Whitman College with Honors in Biology. He received his doctorate of medicine from Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA along with his MBA from the Emory University Goizueta School of Business. Dr. Gillett is the architect of the MD/MBA combined degree program at Emory and was a National Business Honor Society Inductee, recipient of the Harris Scholarship for academic excellence, recipient of the National MBA Beacon Award for Leadership and served as President of the Medical Student Congress.
When not working in direct patient care he enjoys sailing, cooking, and chasing his four-year-old son Jackson around the playground.
